Hi everyone. I used to lurk and post in here awhile ago very sporadically. I started a WOE around March 1st starting at 168 and now I'm down to 134. I'm leaving for vacation in 3 weeks and would like to take off another 10 pounds. Can anyone give me advice on how to do it quick! I've done everything right up until now with good nutrition and excercise, but I think I'm in that rut where when you get closer to your goal, weight comes off slower and I just want to take it off quick at this point. My original goal was 120, but I don't think I can make that, so any help on quick weight loss diet anyone can give me would be much appreciated! Thanks.

There are many ways you can lose weight quickly, the question is what you want to have happen after you lose that weight. If you want to gain it all back and possibly in all the wrong places then simply starve yourself. The wrestlers in my high school had a weight loss diet of an ice cube in the AM and an ice cube in the PM> It worked, but the weight did not stay of. There is also the question of health. Do you want to be healthier because of losing weight or less healthy? If you would like to keep the weight off and get healthier then avoid any diet that promises quick weight loss and instead chose a diet that you can use to help keep the weight off and improve your health. If you really don't care what your weight loss method will do to you, amputation is the quickest way to do it.
