Does anyone know of any good vegan weight loss diets that work? Send info to me please.

I have studied nutrition for over fifteen years and the healthiest diet in general and for weight loss is simply a vegan diet. The human body need to get most of its calories a day from complex carbohydrates with a small amount coming from fats and protein. Approximately 85% Carb., 10% fat, and 5% protein. As long as you are eating good vegan food, i.e. not junk food like potato chips which certainly can be vegan, and engaging in very moderate aerobic activity along with resistive weight training, you will lose weight. I use to make my living as a personal trainer and health food store manager and I have seen it work miracles for people. Just remember however that you did not get overweight overnight, or even in a single month. Don't be in too much of a rush. If you lose more than two pounds a week, you are probably losing it too fast. Crash weight loss always makes the body want to put it back on, which is why so many people yo-yo diet. Just eat lots of brown rice, pasta, beans, and vegetables. If you go out to eat and you don't live in a big city with lots of vegetarian choices, stick with ethnic restaurants. You can find lots of tasty vegetarian fare in Indian and Thai restaurants. Let me know how its goes, I am always trying to preach the wonders of the vegan weight loss diet.
