Does anyone know what the official Weight Watcher's Diet is? I don't want to join and go to the meetings.
Answer:
When I first came on this group, I asked the same question and got no response. However, I was in Weight Watchers many years ago and even have a book on the diet then. It has to have changed because we now have an eating pyramid from the Dept. of Agriculture and requirements have changed. I searched the net but could not find what I wanted until I searched using the words exchange diet . That is the type of diet Weight Watchers used in the past at least and hopefully in the present. There are a few good exchange diets. If you can't find them, I will look up the URL's for you. There are probably more than I have found but you know.......who's got the time etc. Perhaps your search will find more than I did. If not successful, let me know and I'll get you more information.
