Question:
Has anyone heard of fecal enemas for curing chronic constipation or irritable bowel syndrome? The treatment has been used for other conditions.
Answer:
Since detoxification is a pretty non-specific process, it would probably be a good idea to make sure that InnerPure doesn't contain any cathartic herbs. Chronic use of cathartics -- even natural cathartics -- can cause dependency which will just make the situation worse. Increased soluble and non-soluble fibers, bowel training, exercise, and water are still the best place to start.
