Question:
What time do you eat dinner at night ? I used to eat bout 8 pm to 8.30 most nights but I found this was my problem and even now in this 2nd pregnancy I have eat before 6 pm at night... and yay no morning sickness !! I also found when I was early on in my pregnancy I had to cut out anything to fatty or spicy.. I have even been in hospital a few times for constant morning sickness but they dont tend to do it unless you are past the sickness stage and baby is falling behind which was happening to me as I had hypermesis gravidarum.
Answer:
B6 does help. I also got some relief from ginger tablets. In general, you are going to make it. It just isn't pleasant. Find nutritious things that taste good and eat as often and as much as you feel like. Stay away from smells that bother you and realize that labor is easier than morning sickness if you throw up a lot (my opinion). I am eating small meals throughout the day, yesterday the last thing I ate was at about 7pm. I have always grazed though so this is just the way I eat. Curry is definatly out though I quite fancy thai food. Unfortunatly I have a craving for dairy and I am allergic to it! Try a B-complex vitamine. Not all are equal though and I'd suggest one from Natural Factors, myself. There is a drug (it's actually B6 and an anti-histamine) that costs just over $1 a pill! so try a suplement *first* if that doesn't work perhaps a trial of this pill will help? I took it until 7.5 months with this one. will have to agree with karen on that one...labour was pretty easy... considering the amount of time I had my head over the bowl... by the way grazing is good.. You are less likely to be feeling sick than having 3 heavy huge meals a day... even now I have to graze and morning sicknesss does and will get better !! Just remeber to teapot that labour carn't be that bad... if everyone keeps going back for more kids like myself
